Below is the site map of our “Home Away from Home.” Some of the spaces are still being developed or under construction. The Airbnb, Micro-Makerspace, Garage Studio, and Backyard Greenhouse all have pages that you can find below with further information. Our goal is that we ourselves, as well as other locals and guests who are artists, musicians, gardeners, and makers will use these spaces to pursue their creative endeavors and share them with the Village Collective community, as well as finding inspiration for their own projects and creative pursuits. This page will be continually developed as a template for future properties.

Basic Description

Our Home Away from Home is a 3 Bedroom, 2 bath vacation rental centrally located in Coeur d'Alene Idaho, it is in the process of becoming our proof of concept for how a typical residential home can be made into a hub of creativity and culture. The whole home is available for short-term rental on Airbnb.

The Gardens, Greenhouse, Maker-Space, and Garage Music Studio are being developed by Village Collective. Our goal is that local or guest artists, musicians, gardeners, and makers will make use of these spaces to pursue their creative endeavors, and share them with the Village Collective community and guests of the house. We will also be actively using these spaces to practice and record music, build small furniture and décor, and growing as much healthy produce as possible in the gardens to be shared with guests and friends.
