What types of vacation rentals do you offer?
Village Collective is a new business, we are in the process of setting a solid foundation to build our portfolio on and currently manage 2 rentals in Coeur d’Alene, and 2 seasonal rentals north of Sandpoint. Our hope is to expand to have a variety of unique options for guests in Coeur d’Alene, Hayden, Post Falls, & Sandpoint.

What supplies are included?
In each of our rentals, you'll find a thoughtful selection of amenities to enhance your stay. We provide fresh linens on every bed, a body towel and washcloth for each potential guest, hand towels in each bathroom, and kitchen towels. You'll also discover essentials like shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, as well as provisions like toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher and laundry pods (if applicable), and trash bags. For your personal grooming and specific grocery preferences, we kindly ask our guests to bring their preferred items, ensuring a comfortable and personalized experience during your stay.

What is your cancellation policy?
When booking directly through our site, we have the following cancellation policy:
“Guests may cancel until 5 days before check-in minus a 10% processing fee. After that, guests may cancel before check-in and get a 50% refund, minus the first night.”
Please note your reservation is not confirmed until you have paid for your reservation.
