Village Collective is a new business, we are in the process of setting a solid foundation to build our portfolio on and currently manage 2 rentals in Coeur d’Alene and are working on renovating a 3rd. We also manage two seasonal rentals north of Sandpoint. Our hope is to expand to have a variety of unique options for guests in Coeur d’Alene, Hayden, Post Falls, & Sandpoint.

In each of our rentals, you'll find a thoughtful selection of amenities to enhance your stay. We provide fresh linens on every bed, a body towel and washcloth for each potential guest, hand towels in each bathroom, and kitchen towels. You'll also discover essentials like shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, as well as provisions like toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher and laundry pods (if applicable), and trash bags. For your personal grooming and specific grocery preferences, we kindly ask our guests to bring their preferred items, ensuring a comfortable and personalized experience during your stay.

Booking Information
Check-In instructions will be emailed to you the day before your check-in date.
While we are unable to make any guarantees, we will put in requests with our housekeeping team and alert you if the property is ready ahead of our usual check-in time.
Policies
When booking directly through our site, we have the following cancellation policy:
“Guests may cancel until 5 days before check-in minus a 10% processing fee. After that, guests may cancel before check-in and get a 50% refund, minus the first night.”
Please note your reservation is not confirmed until you have paid for your reservation.
Our cancellation policy varies by platform, so please review the details of your reservation if booking through another website.
Please note that our pet policy is subject to variation based on the specific rules and regulations of each neighborhood and property. To ensure you choose a pet-friendly home for your stay, kindly review the details provided in each individual listing.
Owner & Client Information

Collaborating with a reputable local entity like Village Collective guarantees that your property will be tended to, maintained, and ready for your enjoyment or the arrival of guests in North Idaho.
Vacation Rental Management
- For the most exposure possible, your property will be available to book on Airbnb, Booking.com, Google Travel, VRBO, BNBFinder, as well as our direct booking site and other up and coming platforms for vacation rentals.
- Data-driven pricing optimization updated daily to respond to local demand.
- Continuous optimization of listing including photography, updating descriptions, and highlighting the features of your property that make it unique and desirable to guests.
- Custom Guidebook; Guests will be sent a link upon booking for a custom guidebook that includes activities, dining, and recommendations for their stay, Making guests feel at home in the local community and supporting other small local businesses.
- We handle all guest communication and are available at all times for anything that might go wrong during their stay.
- General repairs and maintenance.
- We contract with trusted local cleaners for turnover between each reservation.
The Future of Property Management
At Village Collective, we are dedicated to laying a solid foundation for our future expansion. Our upcoming objectives include offering property owners an array of supplementary services, including the curation of locally crafted art, furnishing, decor, and amenities. Additionally, we will provide recommendations for potential property improvements, along with innovative strategies to enhance productivity and sustainability. We firmly believe that these initiatives will create distinctive and authentic local experiences for guests, setting your property apart from the competition.
- Initial onboarding fee of $1500.00 includes writing of all descriptions, creation of your properties unique guidebook, pricing and calendar setup, photography, and anything else required to get your property ready to go live.
- For vacation rental management, we collect 20% of rent received and provide the owner with a monthly direct deposit of their portion. Expenses for consumable supplies and added amenities will be billed to the client or may be pre-paid.
