We’re all about cozy vibes, clear communication, and zero surprises (except the fun kind). Here’s everything you might be wondering before booking a Fireside Pop-Up:

We don’t light fires in unsafe weather. If it’s too windy, rainy, or stormy for a safe setup, we will work with you to reschedule or honor your ticket for a future event. Your comfort and safety come first.

We currently don’t offer wind-blocking gear, since it’s bulky and hard to set up. If needed, we can help you choose a location that offers some natural shelter from the elements.

In most cases, yes. Our setups are self-contained, safe, and designed to be venue-friendly. If your event is at a public venue, we can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) upon request and help confirm local fire guidelines or permitting requirements.

Yes. All packages include delivery, full setup, and teardown. We’ll arrive before your event, create a cozy fireside lounge, and return afterward to pick everything up.

 

Unless you add a Fireside Attendant, we do not stay during your event. You’re in charge of enjoying the fire safely, keeping it tended, and following local guidelines.

 

Want to relax even more? Add an on-site Fireside Attendant, and we’ll host, tend the fire, and help your guests feel welcome all night long.

Every fire pit we use is safe and event-friendly. For standard rentals, you or your group are responsible for managing the fire during the event. Don’t worry — we provide guidance on fire safety and include everything you need to get it going.

 

If you’d prefer not to worry about it, simply add a Fireside Attendant and we’ll stay on-site to manage everything for you — from tending the fire to keeping the cocoa warm and the mood cozy.

Every Fireside package includes:

  • A fire pit setup (based on package size)

  • Enough firewood or pellets for up to 3-5 hours

  • Cozy chairs or seating

  • Blankets

  • Delivery, setup, and teardown

Add-ons include:

  • S’mores bar

  • Cocoa bar

  • Fireside Attendant (on-site host and fire manager)

  • Extended fire time or additional seating

  • we also have add on photography 

 

We are a boutique event rental service, and nothing is out of the question. Please let us know of any special requests or add ons and we will do our best to accommodate and will always be improving our offerings. 

You don’t need to bring a thing unless you want to. We provide everything needed for the fire experience. If you’re adding your own food, drinks, or decorations, just let us know so we can plan the setup accordingly.

 

Our fireside reception desk is always included as long as there is an accessible area for us to set it up, which is a great spot for setting out snacks and drinks for your event if you will be providing them yourself. 

We do not serve alcohol, but you’re welcome to bring your own if your venue allows it. Please drink responsibly and make sure to check local laws and venue policies.

 

We do offer a hot cocoa bar as an optional add-on, it’s a favorite for both kids and adults. 

Absolutely. You’re welcome to bring in catering, food trucks, snacks, or even a full dinner. We can help you plan the space to make it all work together, and we offer optional tables for light food setups upon request.

Yes, we welcome families and furry friends. We do recommend keeping a close eye on children and pets around the fire. Let us know during booking and we’ll make sure the layout is safe and comfortable for everyone.

Yes, absolutely. Just give us a heads-up when booking. We can bring sturdy, higher chairs, create wide access paths, and design the setup to be easier to navigate for older guests or anyone using a mobility aid.

Most bookings include up to 3-5 hours of fire time, which is included in the base firewood or pellet supply. If you’d like a longer event, we can extend it for an additional cost or add more firewood.

We try to keep things flexible:

 

  • Cancel at least 7 days in advance for a full refund

  • Reschedule or receive a credit with 48–72 hours’ notice

  • If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we’ll help you reschedule at no cost

 

We want to make sure your experience is enjoyable and worry-free.

Nope! Our setups are fully self-contained and don’t require electricity or water. If you’re planning to include lighting, music, or other powered features, let us know in advance so we can help plan for it. The fireside reception desk has a portable power supply built in and can power lights, music, charge devices or any other small items for quite some time. 

Yes! that’s one of the best parts. Whether you want a romantic evening for two, a birthday celebration with friends, or a cozy gathering for your team, we’ll tailor the look, feel, and vibe to fit your vision.
